Description:

Disodium Guanosine 5’-monophosphate is the newest scientific achievement. It takes Guanosine as main material and is produced through chemosynthesis method. The production technology has achieved advanced domestic standard, and be of superior quality. This product is flavor enhancer with mushroom taste. It is often mix-used with MSG in the recommended ratio of 1%~5% which will make an obvious contribution to food taste. According to FA0/WHO, it is suitable for canned meat, ham, and salted meat etc. The maximum use is 500 mg/kg (Count by Guanosine). When it is mix-used with 5’- IMP as per rate, it will turn into I plus G.
